Refund Policy
At SEO Analytic (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering high-quality search engine optimization and digital marketing services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary, and we have established this policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties.
All services provided by SEO Analytic are intangible in nature and are delivered electronically via email, cloud-based reporting, or project management portals. Since our services are digital and do not involve physical goods, traditional “returns” do not apply. This policy specifically governs refunds for services rendered.
1. 48-Hour Refund Window
We offer a partial refund within 48 hours of the order start date (defined as the date work formally begins on your project, as communicated in your project kickoff email or confirmation).
How it works:
- Within 48 hours of order start: If you are unsatisfied with the initial direction or scope of the project, you may request a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the fair value of any work already completed, including site audits, keyword research, planning, or preliminary technical SEO work.
- Minimum deduction: A minimum of 15% of the total project cost will be retained to cover administrative and setup costs incurred during the project onboarding process.
- Maximum refund: The maximum refund within the 48-hour window is 85% of the total amount paid.
2. After the 48-Hour Window
Once the 48-hour refund window has passed, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we aim to be fair in our assessment. Factors we consider include:
- The percentage of SEO work completed at the time of the request.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Whether the client has provided the necessary access (CMS, Analytics) to perform the work.
- Any materials, strategy documents, or backlink assets already secured for the client.
In cases where significant manual labor or non-recoverable assets (such as purchased high-authority links) have been delivered, a refund may not be possible.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The project or monthly SEO milestones have been completed and deliverables provided.
- The client fails to provide required access, content, or approvals, causing project delays.
- The client changes their mind after approving the project strategy and scope.
- Ranking Fluctuations: SEO is subject to search engine algorithm changes beyond our control; a drop in rankings or a lack of specific ranking guarantees is not a ground for a refund.
- Issues caused by third-party hosting, website security breaches on the client’s end, or core algorithm updates.
- The client breaches the Terms & Conditions of the service agreement.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at info@seoanalytic.org with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Website/Project Name]”.
- Include the following information:
- Your full name and business name.
- Project name or Invoice number.
- Date of payment and amount paid.
- Detailed reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with our determination.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing times vary by payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or Bank) but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Any third-party transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing fees) that are non-recoverable may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to reach out to us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
7. Service Cancellation (Monthly Retainers)
If you need to cancel an ongoing monthly SEO service:
- Provide written notice via email at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
- You will be charged only for services rendered up to the end of the current billing period.
- Access to live reporting dashboards will be terminated at the end of the paid period.
