By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SEO Analytic provides professional SEO Services, digital marketing services and search engine optimization services, including but not limited to:

  • SEO Services: On-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits and implementation.
  • Content Strategy: Keyword research and content optimization.
  • Link Building: Specialized backlink acquisition strategies.
  • Digital Analytics: Reporting and data analysis for website performance.

All services are intangible and delivered electronically via email, cloud dashboards, or project management portals. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Engagement and Proposals

Each project begins with a consultation or audit. We provide a proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and pricing. Work commences only after the client approves the proposal and any required deposits are received. The accepted proposal forms a binding agreement between the client and SEO Analytic.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Our service prices vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins, as specified in the proposal.
  • Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other secure online methods.
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
  • Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge on the outstanding balance.

4. Project Timeline and Delivery

We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may be affected by delays in receiving client feedback, access to website backends, or changes to the project scope. We will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide necessary access (CMS, Google Analytics, Search Console), content, and feedback in a timely manner. The client ensures all provided content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom reports and optimized content created specifically for their project. SEO Analytic retains the right to use project results and descriptions in our portfolio/case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Refund and Cancellation

We offer a partial refund within 48 hours of the order start date if work has not significantly commenced. For complete details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Analytic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of rankings or revenue) arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
